After submitting the order you’ll receive an order details via email. Confirming the order by reply email you can proceed in payment.
Wholesale minimum 50% required to be paid after email confirmation and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery. Cancellation charge applies after this stage. For account customers our Trading Terms are strictly Nett 30 days.
We will process the wholesale order after the confirmation of payment with order number. You can pay by Stripe, paypal, cash, credit card, debit card, direct deposit and cheque.
CUSTOM MADE ORDER:
You can choose any of our products with your own specifications like size, color, logo, print and design in your custom made order. You can send your artworks etc in jpg, pdf, illustrator or other vector file format via email.
After submitting the order you’ll receive a custom made order details via email. You have to confirm the order details by reply email. Then we’ll send you an email quoting an estimated unit price of the specified product, actual sample cost (if you required any) and any additional information about your order.

Approximately two weeks after you confirm your order we will email you a photo of your finished products as a pre-production sample. If you prefer to receive an actual sample we are happy to supply you but do add a week to the total lead time. Most customers are happy to approve from the photo. Any changes to your artwork at this stage will incur a charge depending on the product and changes you want.
After you approve the pre production sample of your product by return email we’ll then proceed with full production.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY:
Delivery is not included in the cost of your order. Bozy uses Australia Post for shipping, ensuring that you will receive your products on time and the parcel can always be tracked.Delivery is charged at cost and will vary according to the quantity of products ordered and the delivery area. Retail delivery depends on availability of stocks and takes 2-5 working days. After you approve your products, you can expect delivery in about 8 weeks, but some delivery times vary across Australia. The products are made off-shore and adequate production, shipping and customs clearance time needs to be allowed. From June to November please allow an additional 2 weeks. Production time frame for wholesale/custom made order:
Weeks 1-2: order confirmation and preparation of pre-production sample
Weeks 3-5: actual production time
Weeks 6-9: shipping by sea or air
Weeks 10-12: port arrival, customs clearance, delivery
If you need super-quick delivery we can arrange air freight at an additional cost. For orders outside Australia or any other query regarding wholesale please contact us to organize shipment.
