**Flat rate Shipping for online retail purchase is $10 for one item, any additional item in the same order will cost $5 each Australia Wide.

Bozy uses Australia post for standard shipping, ensuring that you will receive your products on time (3-5 working days normally ) and the parcel can always be tracked. All orders are packed carefully in order to maintain the same condition they left our premises. Allow at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to delivery for all custom made products. Because of the wide range of items we carry freight is calculated on the total weight and or size of the items ordered. This is worked out after we receive your order. For orders outside Australia please contact us to organize shipment. We can ship anywhere. Please note that all delivery times and cost may vary due to stock availability and method you choose.

Refund and Exchanges

We want you to love your Bozy purchase. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or wrong choice

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Items where any fault was clearly stated before purchase

Because each Bozy piece is handcrafted from natural materials, small variations in colour or texture are part of its unique charm — not faults.
