Bozy uses Australia post for standard shipping, ensuring that you will receive your products on time (3-5 working days normally ) and the parcel can always be tracked. All orders are packed carefully in order to maintain the same condition they left our premises. Allow at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to delivery for all custom made products. Because of the wide range of items we carry freight is calculated on the total weight and or size of the items ordered. This is worked out after we receive your order. For orders outside Australia please contact us to organize shipment. We can ship anywhere. Please note that all delivery times and cost may vary due to stock availability and method you choose.

Refund and Exchanges

we always do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, however we do offer refunds if the product is received faulty or damaged condition and return shipping cost will be refunded in approved refunds only. All returns or exchange must be approved by us. You must notify us in black and white within seven days of receipt of goods if you wish to claim any refund.
