Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Bozy Gift Cards purchased or received from our website (www.bozy.com.au). By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Bozy Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

1. Issuer and Validity

Bozy issues Bozy Gift Cards, and they are valid for purchases made exclusively through our official online store at www.bozy.com.au.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or used.

2. Purchasing and Delivery

Gift Cards can be purchased online and are delivered via email to the recipient nominated at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Bozy will not be held liable for any loss or delay due to incorrect email details.

3. Redemption

• Gift Cards can be redeemed for any available product on our website.

• To use a Gift Card, enter the unique code at checkout.

• If your purchase exceeds the available card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or to purchase another Gift Card.

4. Balance and Expiry

The remaining balance on a Gift Card can be checked by contacting info@bozy.com.au. Balances do not accrue interest. This gift card never expires.

5. Refunds and Replacements

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded. Please treat your Gift Card as cash.

• If Bozy suspects any fraudulent or unauthorized activity involving a Gift Card, we reserve the right to cancel or void it without notice.

6. Use Restrictions

Gift Cards may only be used for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. They may not be resold or used for promotional or advertising purposes without Bozy’s prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

Bozy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
